Once the producer runs, this page renders five sections — Outlook (goal + hypothesis trackers), Positions (active operator engagements with stakes), Watching (monitor + condition trackers), Stances (third-party attributions), Worldview (tenets — standing operator beliefs) — plus the recent-signal urgency feed. Tier matrix per 07-presentation.md: anonymous + peer-ro see Outlook hypotheses + the working-in-public log; operator sees the full grid.
